This pool is very private with 8ft fencing around it, separated from the main part of the house. The space is big enough for 40 people! It comes equipped with an attached pool house with air conditioning, a full kitchen, entertaining space, and full bathroom. The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining with a great turf area for games, built-in deck with fire pit, a slip-safe rubber pool deck, 8 lounge chairs, umbrellas/sun sails, and night lighting for. A brand new heater was installed in January of 2022 and perfect for a dip on a cool evening. We've also added all-new furniture for 2022. The pool and pool house were remodeled in the spring of 2021 and is ready to host your gathering! Perfect for birthday parties, sports game watches, or casual get-togethers with friends.
