Our 14' x 7' climate-controlled indoor studio is built for targeted stroke optimization, endurance pacing, and advanced thermal recovery. The Space & Technology The Pro-Velocity Endless Propulsion Current: Experience a smooth, non-turbulent laminar swim current. Adjustable velocity settings allow you to dial in your exact target race pace, from recovery drilling to elite anaerobic intervals. Real-Time Stroke Analysis: A full-length, underwater floor mirror provides immediate visual feedback on body roll, catch mechanics, and alignment during every second of your swim. Thermal Recovery Suite: Complete your training session with our private, high-heat steam sauna to kickstart muscle recovery and contrast therapy. Testing & Advance Booking Policy Please Note: We are currently accepting reservation requests for our winter training block. This premium studio is currently finalizing high-end facility updates—including an isolated, secure entry wall separate from private living quarters—and is strictly booking for dates starting in January. May consider slightly earlier dates with limitations. Please inquire for more info. Facility Rules Strict Athlete Limit: Maximum of 1–2 athletes allowed per booking to guarantee total privacy and pristine water sterilization. No leisure pool parties, children's events, or recreational groups permitted. Base Rate Coverage: Your hourly booking includes exclusive, private reservation of the climate-controlled indoor facility, standard pool access, and use of the changing area.
