Private Farm House Paradise

Come relax and enjoy in our private Farm House Paradise! Great location for birthday parties, church parties, sporting events, or just relax and enjoy a day at the pool. Sit on the couch or enjoy a meal at the table under the 16'x16' covered patio on paver pool deck. We have many additional covered areas that can be utilized for a small additional cost including: a covered patio with table/chairs and sofa, a separate covered deck with sofa, chairs, and a 55" TV with internet TV for sporting events, and even a tent and chairs that can be places on the pool deck for additional shade. Our PeppleTec pool has multiple seating areas including a large seating ledge along the backside of the pool and an extra large tanning ledge with 3 water features and umbrella that is ideal for lounging and enjoying the views. There is a stair case on either side of the tanning ledge for easy entry into the pool. The pool does include night time lighting if used after dark. The pool is visible from the house, however there are no visible houses surrounding the property. We do require swim attire. NO diving! NO glass is allowed on the property. No restrooms are available unless requested as they are located in the residence and must be unlocked. Come relax and enjoy on this private farm with amazing sunsets!
