About the pool
NEW POOL HEATER! Swim year round! This is an ideal lap and exercise pool that can also be used for family fun. The deeper end features an optional classic Nolan pool chair lift that can gently lower and lift a handicapped individual in and out of the pool and can swing out of the way when not in use. It is easily self operated. (Weight limit 250 lbs.)<br><br>Not ideal for groups over 10.

Heated Pool

Pool is kept at a minimum 80°F throughout the year (only needed November through April)

Hot Tub

built-in spa requires changing mode on pool heater to "SPA" and adjusting temperature. Spa temp should be no more than 105°. May take 15 minutes to reach temp depending on ambient temperature. Also requires manually adjusting equipment intake and output valves to spa only positions.
