About the pool
Lounge chairs, a table to lay out snacks and sit down, pool floats, a grill to cook out as well as a fire pit. A dedicated bathroom in the garage accessed by a sliding door from the front yard with a shower and toilet, patio lights to keep the pool day going well into the night, at least until 10:00 PM PST.

All trash is to be removed prior to leaving otherwise a cleaning charge will apply of $250. No smoking in the space where made available for restroom purposes. No glass in the pool. If glass is found in the pool there will be a cleaning fee charged of $500.
