About the pool

SUPER WARM salt water pool open for swimming to mid-October. NOTE that the DIVING BOARD is currently being fixed. Perfect for birthday parties! Family-friendly, tranquil, private, warm, heated pool in spacious backyard oasis. Surrounded on 3.5 sides by walls of green hedges and trees. Water heated to the mid-80s on hot days and to up to 90 on cooler days. Beautiful, comfortable patio furniture and lounge chairs. Plenty of space to kick a soccer ball, throw a baseball, or toss a frisbee. Pool toys and a diving board add lots of extra fun. There is a new patio umbrella for shade over the sofa and there is shade provided by the hedges and trees. Reservations are 1 hour minimum, please.

Trampoline

Large, round trampoline with mesh sides. 3 at a time. Take turns when jumping. Use caution and follow safety guidelines. Beware of double bouncing or rough housing. Accidents happen on trampolines. Be careful. Use at your own risk.

Diving Board

Cleaning Fee: Large Group

A cleaning fee of $35 is required for large groups of 13 or more guests. This fee covers the extra expense and time required to clean the pool water and dispose of trash. Guests are still expected to leave the pool area picked up.

Minimum 1-hour bookings. Do not walk on or climb in and out of the pool via the pavers at the deep end of the pool as these can move as they are not cemented in to allow for access to the locking cover. Use the sides of the pool, seats at the corners, or the steps to get in and out of the pool. Please dry yourself off before using the restroom. Pack in and out everything you bring.
