20 x 40 saltwater pool with a 10 x 10 sun shelf and 2 waterfalls. Heat available for additional cost. Full morning and afternoon sun. Partial shade in the late afternoon. Six lounge chairs on the pool deck. Two level patio with additional seating and dining table. Outdoor shower also available.
