Beautifully manicured backyard with a beautiful heated salt water pool with an AHmazzing waterful to have fun and/or relax with family and friends. There is an outdoor kitchen and plenty of chairs and space to enjoy your day! Have a BBQ, or bring lunch with you. Come Listen to music and just have a great relaxong day. If a later reservation is needed on the weekend, please asvise so We can doscuss. Please be advised that you are responsible for all clean up! Thank You By renting from me you assume all responsibility for yourself and all invited guests during your booking. You agree not to hold property host or homeowner liable and/or responsible for any injury or death that may occur during & after your rental. No glass by the pool area. Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard. No running around the pool area to avoid slipping. Must clean up after event, all trash in garbage bins provided. Cigarette and cogar smoking is allowed but butts will have to be placed in ashtrays! Adults must be responsible for there kids. If for any reason you can’t wear a bathing suit due to religious reasons or otherwise, your attire must be white to enter the pool If any of the rules are not adhered to, you will be asked to leave.
