No lifeguard on duty!! Please stay out of the deep end if you can’t swim. All children must be heavily monitored and accompanied by an adult at all times. No weapons what so ever. All guest must sign a waiver. No glass around, in or by the pool. No extra guest. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. All guest will be checked in upon arrival. You do not have access to the entire house. You are using the pool area only. Which means, there will be no loitering or hanging out in front or around the prope...
