About the pool

Huge patio with tons of sunlight all day. Includes large backyard with playground/swing set for kiddos. Shade provided under patio cover, which has seating for 6+ people, two fans, a smart TV, and manual shades to use as sun goes down later afternoon. Surround sound in patio and pool for music and/or TV sound (requires free app download), and/or premium Bose speaker. Multi colored night pool lighting. Pool toys and kid life jackets/floaties/noodles/toys accessible in storage bin. Premium floats available for additional $20. Chaise lounge chairs have been replaced by 2 Adirondack adjustable chairs w/footrests, as shown last pic.

No confetti or anything like it. No piñatas. If smoking, PUT BUTTS IN OUTDOOR TRASHCAN after expelling. NO GLASS ANYWHERE OUTSIDE.. Put all toys back in bin. Clean up after yourselves and have a great time!
