About the pool

Very close to Sugarhouse! This property is equipped for large groups, with shaded seating for 50 people around the pool. A beautiful new guesthouse bathroom and poolside kitchen serve the backyard. Equipped for large groups, but comfortable for a couple’s evening out. Hot tub available upon request. This isn’t a posh new pool on the hill. This is a comfortable, kitschy mid century hang, complete with vintage Naugahyde cowprint chairs. If you bring a sense of humor, be sure to ask about the history of the place. Please read the pool rules before booking, especially if you hope to bring a dog!

Salt Lake County has a noise ordinance at 10 pm but we need to keep music low throughput the day for our neighbors. Do not hire a DJ. No glass containers by the pool. Do not exceed the manufactures weight limits of 250 lbs on the diving board and 200 lbs on the slide. Your dog is welcome in the gated yard if you pick up after it, but we can’t have dogs in the water if another swim group follows afterwards.
