Parties welcome at this Luxury Private Pool located on 3.5-acre estate! Perfect for pool parties, Birthday parties , family gatherings, video shoots, movies, and more. Multiple scenes abound this meticulously landscaped oasis just 25 minutes from downtown Atlanta. Ample off-street parking for up to 25 cars, private restroom and accommodating hosts. <br><strong>5 hour minimum for Saturday and Sunday PM  Alcohol OK 21+ only</strong>
