About the pool

This private paradise is completely detached from the house separated by a 6’ privacy fence and is the perfect place for small or large gatherings, comes complete with 2 air conditioned bathrooms , outside urinal and outside shower, full size refrigerator, 5 picnic tables w/umbrellas, 4 fold out tables, plenty of seating for 50+ guests. A pavilion for added shade, under water lighting for night time swimming. 2 charcoal grills, wood burning fire pits, security cameras, an upper terrace area that’s perfect for a moon bounce , DJ or just additional seating. And includes private parking for 30+ vehicles.

Alcohol security deposit

If you would like to bring alcohol to the event.. You may be asked to chose this option. Depending on your group size and event type. Your security deposit will be returned after the property is inspected for damages , if there are no damages you will get a full refund of your deposit.

Large event security deposit

If you are having a large event you may be asked for a security deposit. This assures the accuracy of amount of guests, if original guest count is accurate you will get a full refund. If it goes over the original guest count then the fee for the additional guest will be added to you booking and deducted from your security deposit and the balance returned to you.
