Homeowner is not responsible for any injuries or personal properties of Renter's and their guests. No Glasses are allowed inside pool. Parental supervision required for anyone under 12 years. After nice swimming, please put all trash in trash cans/ garbage bins. No weed and No Marijuana. Looking to host events up-to 20-25 guests 12PM-7PM (some flexibility with time) .
