Come kick back and enjoy our very large yard with privacy fencing, tall shrubs, a fan-cooled screened porch with access to a large full bathroom, Adirondack chairs, and a slide!! For smaller groups, we typically meet you when you arrive if possible, show you around, and disappear. For larger parties (20+) we are in and out to make sure you’re all set. If you plan to use the grill, please review Swimply’s grill instruction sheet. If you’re having a party, be sure to review Swimply’s party policies. They do require us to be home for parties of 10+. Jumbo connect 4, cornhole, and jumbo jenga are available, as well as the propane grill, fire pit, and blue glass fire table, for an extra fee.
