Perfect for family and friends to relax and enjoy! House is on a quiet cul-de-sac. All rules are strictly enforced. Please make sure you agree to all rules before booking. -Music may be played at a LOW volume. (I should not be able to hear it in my house.) -All cars must park in the driveway. -No glass or glass bottles in the pool area. -No paid events. -Person booking the event must be present the entire time. -You may enter the property at start time and must leave at end time. No lingering. (If you need set-up and clean-up time, add time to your reservation. Do not linger in my driveway or on my street out of respect for my neighbors.) -Amount of people must be accurate in the app before booking starts. 30 max. Everyone on the property counts as person whether they are swimming or not. -You may use the bathroom and shower in the house. -Be aware the entire pool area has recorded video 24/7 -No grilling. (You may bring food or have it delivered.) -Garbage must be placed in proper receptacles. -Pool toys must be returned to the toy bin. -All children under 18 in the pool area must have adult supervision. -No smoking -Swimmers must wear a bathing suit. -No person shall bring or throw into the pool any object that may in any way endanger the safety of any person. -No diving. -No running. -No pets. -No spitting or bodily fluids in pool. -No rough play. -No using the trampoline. -NO LIFEGUARD - SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK
