What makes it special
its a big backyard , tree shades , have trampoline. ...and can provide badminton stuff if needed and other games like soccer balls /golf.
Although Pets not allowed in pool . But they are welcome in backyard . I do have a open pet cage . he/she shouldn't mess with veg/plants.
