About the pool

A beautiful landscaped yard. Basketball and pickleball court (ball and paddles not provided), lots of yard to play in. Huge salt water pool that is heated. Pool had a diving board and slide. Large shallow area great for kids, and deeper area for diving.

Fun to swim in the pool & watch a movie. Large blow up screen. We set up and take down. It is a flat fee but you would need to bring movie or netflix etc, as we can't provide these. Also the fee is for the use of the screen, you would need to book enough swim time

Please be respectful of loud noise and music to the neighbors. Small birthday parties are fine No glass bottles, please put trash in bin provided. No food in or next to the pool. All unpotty trained children, must be in a swim diaper. Please remove all pool toys from the pool when you leave. Please be respectful of reservation time. We can't make adjustments to the reservation if guests arrive late.
