About the pool

Make this private backyard escape (as featured in the Boston Globe) your own for any occasion. This pool area is fully surrounded by foliage to ensure your privacy and provides plenty of room for guests to mingle. Pool and hot tub are fully heated and kept warm for guest. Ample seating for 15 adults and a kids table as well. Two 11' umbrellas provide plenty of shade as needed. If you like night time swims this pool is for you as the pool has underwater lighting that changes colors and allows for an amazing experience. Also have fully functioning patio heater for light and warmth as well as tiki torches. Comes with full access to a pool house that has room for changing and a full sized fridge. Bathroom access as well. 10+ large pool floats and a large dual gas and charcoal grill are available. New Dive Rock feature in place of diving board. ***WEEKEND RENTALS ARE AVAILABLE BY REQUEST ONLY***- Please message host to inquire* 2 hour rental minimum.

Please clean up when you leave, I have a trash barrel to throw away any items. NO GLASS anything allowed and NO confetti. All kids under 18 must be with an adult and if there is anyone that can not swim there must be someone in the pool with them when they are in the pool. Children: must be accompanied and watched by an adult who can swim. There is no rough playing, or pushing people in the pool. If anything is broken, guests are responsible for replacement items.
