About the pool

Large back yard completely surrounded with tall privacy fence. Double Picnic table seats up to 12. Alexa dot available for music speaker. Super loud music would not be appreciated by our neighbors...even though we have a big lot, sound does travel! Private bathroom with shower right next to pool.

Heated Pool

Heat pump. It costs us 60 cencents per hour and can 4aise the temp 1 degree per hour so we need at least 24 hours for this ammenity. Most of the tine in our pool you won't need the heater as the sun keeps it plenty warm. Flat fee includes 24 hours of pre-heat
