If you’d like evening hours, please let me know for special consideration. You will also get a huge discount if you rent 6 hours or more and get the BBQ Grill ($180 value) and more complimentary! For parties over 20 guests or other large must pay for one or more security guards after 6pm ($20 x hr).

The pool area is immaculate, clean and safe. For a fee, we can provide a picnic lunch and drinks . You can bring your own food also. No food or drinks by the pool. No pets. No glass ware of any kind. Towels can be rented. Gas BBQ grill can be rented. No outside grills etc. Firewood can be purchased for fire pit. No ball or frisbee games on lawn. Toys and floating rafts etc can be rented, but you must bring safety gear. Please remove all trash. And deposit in trash bin.
