Special if you rent 7 hours or more and get the BBQ and more complimentary! For evening events over 12 people or other large events must pay for one or more security guards ($20 x hr). The Yellow Mansion Luxury Heated Pool is an immaculate large heated pool with diving board and BBQ is set in the back garden of a beautifully restored historic mansion. The pool area is immaculate, clean and safe. No food or drinks by the pool. No pets. No glass ware of any kind. Bring own towels but can be rented. Gas BBQ grill can be rented. No outside grills etc. Firewood can be purchased for fire pit. No ball or frisbee games on lawn. Toys and floating rafts etc can be rented, but you must bring safety gear. Please remove all trash. And deposit in trash bin.
