Huge 8ft deep pool in a luxurious oasis backyard. Multiple outdoor seating areas, Outdoor TV, Outdoor speakers, games, BBQ grills and fire pit. The perfect place to hang out and relax. Perfect space to host up to 20 guests. *please note additional $10/hr fee for holiday bookings when booking 5/24-5/27, 7/2-7/5 and 8/30-9/3*

All trash must be disposed in trash bin. Please also use recycle bin for recyclable products. Outdoor music is available but strict rules to not have music play too loud to respect neighbors. No running or horseplay around the pool. Smoking is fine but please dispose of any cigarettes in provided ash tray.
