Your wooded oasis awaits! Nestled in the shade of beautiful poplars and white oaks, our private backyard stays pleasant all day long. This space will feel like a true escape to a remote poolside resort while the city is still just minutes away. You’ll be greeted by our friendly horse, Kommander, who is happy to accept treats and interaction or you can just enjoy him from a distance as his pasture is viewable from the pool area! Our farmhouse setting is on two acres of beautifully wooded property which includes a fishing pond, direct pool access, lounge chairs, dining and grilling area, game areas, and more! A perfect spot for your a swim day with the kiddos, unique date, party, wedding or family gathering. Our dining area seats up to 20, two bartop serving tables allow for a spread of delicious food, refreshing drinks or playful decor. When the sun goes down, cafe string lighting sets the mood with a warm glow. Tons of other extra amenities will make your day unforgettable! We also host Weddings! As seen in our photos, our Wedding Package or Pond Access amenities allow you to access to the interior of the home as well as our beautiful pond to take photos, hold your ceremony or entertain your guests!

Spacious, tropical backyard pool with shallow ledge, spa and waterfall situated adjacent to the Atlanta Airport. Enjoy an oasis type environment within an in town neighborhood. Our pool is surrounded by lovely, tropical plants and foliage. We have a covered pergola with seating to get out of the direct sun. You have plenty of room to enjoy yourself with friends and family. Feel free to bring snacks or outside food, but please no smoking/vaping or illegal drug use. Absolutely, NO GLASS allowed on the premises. We ask for no loud music out of respect for our neighbors. Great for a family swim, birthday parties, swim lessons or simply relax and sun bathe. Families and groups of respectful humans welcome! Floating Brunch Atlanta Guests: Please be aware this is a 2 hour Booking per Floating Brunch Atlanta. When booking, please indicate as such and find a two hour slot. Thank you. Welcome to Real Vibes! The Backyard. Welcome to Pool Season 2026!!! We look forward to hosting your special event and creating an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. Our 40’ x 16’ pool features a beach-entry on one end and reaches 6’3” at its deepest point. It is child-friendly and includes a built-in ledge for added safety and comfort. The pool house offers: • Air-conditioned seating area with TV • Wet bar with full-size refrigerator • Full bathroom with shower • Additional half bath Our outdoor kitchen provides ample space for gathering and entertaining. Please Note: The main house, two-story building and shed are not included in the rental. Arrival & Parking • Upon arrival, all guests will receive a wristband. Wristbands indicate the number of attendees covered under your booking and the price tier selected. • All guests must park alongside the wooden fence after entering the gate. Pool Safety Rules • No lifeguard is on duty. All children must be supervised by an adult at all times. • Babies must wear swim diapers. • Non-swimmers must wear a swim vest or arm floats. • No glass is allowed in or near the pool. Please use paper or plastic cups only. • No food or drinks are permitted inside the pool. • Absolutely no glitter or confetti anywhere on the property (including balloons). Property Guidelines • The fire pit area is designed for a calm, peaceful atmosphere. Please do not remove gravel stones or bring them into the pool area. • Leave the property in the same condition as you received it. • Be sure to book enough time for setup, breakdown, and cleanup. Our schedule runs back-to-back with no grace period. Conduct & Restrictions • We reserve the right to ask any unruly, intoxicated, or problematic guests to leave the property. • Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited, including those kept in vehicles. • Events involving the sale of alcohol or food are strictly prohibited. As this is a residential property, we welcome family gatherings, reunions, weddings, corporate events, club meetings, photo shoots, and similar occasions. Rockdale County noise ordinances prohibit excessive or disturbing noise. Regulations generally restrict noise to 65–70 decibels in certain zones. The Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office or Code Enforcement has authority to enforce these rules. Liability Acknowledgment By booking Real Vibes! The Backyard, the booking guest (“Host”) acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with use of the pool and property and accepts full responsibility for all guests. The Host agrees to supervise minors, ensure compliance with all rules, and is financially responsible for any injuries or property damage occurring during the booking.
