The Ave House- Private Oasis Retreat W/heated Pool

Relax in peaceful surroundings lazing around the pool soaking up the sun on one of 4 loungers in your private oasis. The pool is heated during the cooler months and as directed by outdoor temperatures. Please note that a heated pool is not the same as a jacuzzi tub. This space accommodates responsible nonsmokers. Please no Pets, drugs, weapons glitter, nor confetti. The maximum number of guests allowed is 15 whereas the owner reserves the right to verify this at any time during your occupancy. Mild-mannered well-behaved children are welcomed. No diving, jumping on furniture, writing on walls etc. Be mindful of kids around the glass tables and pool. You are allowed to use only the bathroom within the house
