The spa takes 2-3 hours to fully heat up and does raise the pool temp. Please let the hostess know if you would like it on for your event.

Floats, diving rings & water guns are available on a limited basis. Just ask!

Towels

Guests should bring their own towels. Hostess can provide 5 towels for $10. There is a surcharge for any towels that are not returned by the end of your event.

Grill

Hostess offers a small charcoal grill, briquets and lighter fluid available for a small fee, along with a camping stove. There is a nominal charge for these items. Guests are encouraged to bring food and are welcomed their own grill

Fridge/Freezer

There is a fridge/freezer available in the garage to guests who are bringing food. There is no additional charge for this amenity, but we do ask that you keep the area clean and free of guests. Only the primary renter should be accessing the space where it is located.

Shaded Rest, Game & Eating Areas

The property sits on a large lot, with multiple areas for shaded seating. There is a table that seats 6 adults with chairs, 4 additional high back chairs and 2 chaise lounges. There is plenty of shade to set up additional tables and chairs, as well as as room if guests would like to set up games.
