About the pool
Our pool is an in-ground 20x40 including the tanning ledge and steps and has a 8x8 sitting area with bench. It is a little under 5 feet all the way across. There is no deep end or diving pool. It's great for kids, adult relaxation and volleyball. There are two bubblers on the tanning ledge.
The pool area has a fence and rock and artificial turf. There is a covered patio area with a television, table for 8 and chairs and a couch. There is also an additional table that seats 4 and a little kids picnic table. We allow a maximum of 10 guests and 2 vehicles.
