Additional rules

All bookings need to include set up and tear down time within their reservation, we will charge for additional time used. All decorations need to be taken down and removed from the property at the end of your booking. No glass in or around the pool, no food or smoking in the pool! Guest need to be respectful of neighbors with music and all music must be turned off after 8:30 pm. **No DJs allowed. **No Bounce Houses.
