Secluded Legend Lagoon In Minnetonka

Welcome to Legend Lagoon! Our Minnetonka Pool abuts a 20 acre pond with plenty of mature trees and wildlife. We have a grassy area to play some lawn games, 6+ person dining space for enjoying lunch, 4 tanning chairs to lounge, a 6 person cabana area for conversation, firepit for evening fires (bring your own wood), a 10x7 Golf Swing Practice Net with faux grass, diving board for sharpening cannonball skills, in-pool volleyball net for play, pool inflatables/noodles/chairs for floating around the pool, and lastly, a propane grill to cook your meal. Our Pool is commercial size at 20 x 40 feet, with 40,400 gallons and can host a party of 30-50 people easily. Backyard is 80% private with lush bushes and trees, no neighbors behind the pool (its a marsh), and retaining walls providing the tucked away feeling of a lagoon. This Swimply Pool Area is not technically handicap accessible due to outdoor steps leading down to the lower entertaining area, however, arrangements can be made to pull a wagon or wheelchair through our front and side yard to the lower level which has no steps but a gradual slope decline.
