You'll have exclusive access to the guest cabin (about 150 SF with its own hvac), a very nice bathroom (in the main house, next to the theater), exclusive use of the theater and the indoor pool/spa. You’ll get shared access (with owners) to the large yard with 2 fish fountains, pergola, many sitting areas, gas fire pit outside guest house, smokeless wood fire pit outside fence (amazing space!), outdoor fireplace next to high-end outdoor kitchen with grill, fridge, bread warmer, air fryer/toaster oven, stove, pots/pans, spice rack, sink and basketball hoop in large driveway. The Lawrenceville Hopewell trail is about 100 meters from driveway and offers near-endless biking/walking trails, including into Princeton. Guests can also get a private tour of the Princeton Lavender Farm next door including feeding and hanging out with goats, alpacas, chickens and a pony (nominal fee that goes to the farm).
