Hosting my familys house we hardly use the pool anymore only when we have family over and I figured othe people would love to rent our pool. So here we are now here are the list of pros -Big pool with diving board ( deep) not sure ft - Private bathroom and room (outside house) -Huge backyard (football games etc) -Trampoline - our home is in a private neighborhood near fresno state -has parking up to 10 cars - oasis/nature vibe backyard (lots of green and wildlife) -Very good lighting ( has lights setup throughout backyard
