About the pool

This large pool is 1,000sf with waterfall, slide and grotto. The grotto has a table with bench seating. There is an additional table in the pool with bench seating. No jumping from rocks allowed.

650sf covered patio with a 12 person dining table, a hightop bar table for 2 and a seating area with sectional and side chairs.

Additional 6 person dining table and hightop bar table for 2 on uncovered patio space.

The yard is 1/2 acre with a grass area approximately 4,000sf perfect for large events/gatherings or just extra room to run and play.
