About the pool

Take a break in our back yard and pool. Make yourself at home back there and have fun. Open for the summer for swimming, back yard parties and barbecues. Recommended swimming is between April and September. The pool may be a little cool after September. Pool is 3 to 5 feet deep. Good for swimming, playing volleyball and hoop basketball in. We don't charge for the grill use, so feel free to use it if you like. I'll be the one to clean it up. We just ask that you take care of everything back there like it is your own. There are plenty of tables and chairs. You should be able to comfortably fit at least 20 people back there. We have a few extra tables and chairs if they are needed, we can accommodate. Please no eating or drinking in the pool. Please be responsible with alcohol. If you drink, please don't drive. Ask me and I'll drive you if a ride is needed. You can always get your car the next day. We will always be sober. Pets are allowed, but please not in the pool and please pick up after yourselves. Main thing is to have fun and enjoy the party. Night swimming is available with a bathroom and a big light over the pool. NIGHT SWIMMING IS AVAILABLE!

What makes it special

Grill

The smoker and the grill is available to use. We just ask that you clean up after yourself.

Wifi

Speakers

We hook up the Alexa outside so everyone can jam their jams. SXM and I heart music is available, amazon music on the Alexa. Free to use.

Pool Toys

We have a pool volleyball and hoops blow up toys and pool chairs or floats that you can blow up.

Bathroom is available

The bathroom in the main house is available for toilet use. The bathroom is right by the porch entrance to the house. Easy to get in and out of, without coming in the main house. It's a bedroom bathroom.

Playground

It's a small backyard, but you can set up our Badminton in the yard. We will let you use that for free. Everyone may not want to swim.

We can let you use 6 towels if you need them. Please remember to bring your towels.

Shower is in the master bedroom, so you will need to go through the back door to access the bathroom.

Please dry yourself off before going in to the restroom. Alcohol is allowed, no glass bottles, and we ask that if you smoke, that you do it in the front of the house or on the street. Music is okay, but please don't get out of hand. Please make yourself at home, but please treat our place like it's your own.
