Waterfront Diving Pool Oasis

I have a house pool in my waterfront backyard on a corner lot that offers a lot of serenity as well as privacy for you, me, and my neighbors (I do not see nor hear you most of the time). It's perfect for small groups and kiddo pool parties (with adult supervision because it has the deep end). But also fun for families of all ages or friend groups. I constantly buy new floaties (because they also constantly get leaked but other than that and one time guests smoked in my restroom, my hosting experience has been great). Recently, I invested in a rolling cart to bring out a TV with Netflix premium, Prime video, PeacockTV, and Apple TV+ for movie nights from the pool. A cheaper way than a $2,000 outdoor TV. Just please do not spray water guns at it. Guests do self check-in without passing the main house or my presentation. I might be there to welcome you if needed or, funnily, to do last-minute skimming, but most times I run errands away from home. Guests with special requests, please feel free to message me, I will try to accomodate you (wheelchair access, storing cake in the fridge, midnight swimming, skinny dipping, fishing/ kayaking requests... what else? All are welcome, basically.) I do not use instant bookings, all reservations have to go through my pre-approval to make sure the pool is indeed ready and available. I try to stay on top of things (equipment and chemicals) but having so many thunderstorms in Texas and being under three mature pine trees (more pros than cons), sometimes the pool is not at its most pristine look but I always make sure it's safe for our skin!!! And I am super proud of my hard work on its peak days.
