Great space to unwind, relax, and spend time with friends and family. Enjoy the pool, play some jumbo sized outdoor games, lounge under the sun or in the shade, enjoy the artificial turf under your feet, maybe experience a night swim, and make good memories. Check-in 🎒 All guest vehicles may park in front of the guest house(smaller house next to bigger house). Once parked, enter through the private guest house entrance(Red Door). A temporary password will be provided prior to check-in. And that's it... you're in! Check-out 👋 We just ask that you close the door on your way out and have a good rest of your day! Leave the area as clean as you found it for a refund on your cleaning fee 🧹 Refundable Cleaning Fees🧹(Mandatory) *Available for selection through the amenities tabs. 1-5 guests *no cleaning fee 6-10 guests $20 11-20 guests $50 21-50 guests $90 51-100 guests $150 *All cleaning fees are refundable if you leave the area as clean as you found it 🤝 Parking 🚗 Guests can park in front of the guest house. For large gatherings, the driveway can accommodate approximately 15 cars. There is plenty of street parking if additional space is needed. Restroom 🚻 Located inside the back entrance of the main residence. Signs will be posted to help guide you ➡️. The back part of the home is completely separated and private from the front part. Feel free to walk in without knocking. Please use the trashcan to dispose of paper, wipes, and feminine products 🚮. Security Systems 🥷 For your privacy, all cameras will be oriented towards the front of the property. There will be no cameras with a view of the backyard or pool during your stay. Some cameras have AI tracking, so they will automatically follow vehicles, people, and pets 👀 The on-site security dogs will be secured inside the main house.
