Smoking is allowed but only outside of the pool house. Smoking is a non negotiable term inside
Drinking is allowed however no glass is to be by the poolside. Everything must be in plastic containers or aluminum and be cleaned up by the host.
Small parties are allowed outside not inside the Poolhouse. Poolhouse is only to be used to hold food, put belongings and use the bathroom.
