Hooka can be provided for party. $25 per hookah. After 10pm music must be turned down not to disturb the neighbors and not violate the noise ordinance. Use of the sitting room is limited. Please don’t sit on furniture with wet clothes. All garbage must be cleaned up when you leave. Trash cans are located at the end of the driveway.
