About the home

Waterfront/Water Access Property. Come have a spectacular gathering in this large basement club that features 3 large TVs, a large bar with fridge, ice maker and sink, pool table, card table, private full bath and more. Furniture can be removed for a party atmosphere white tables along the wall and large bar round tables. The space can be decorated for additional fee and we also have a photobooth that can be rented to capture memories that can be text to your guests. Hosts receives a copy of all pics/gifs after the event.

For a lil extra to wow your guests also book the theater room as a large lounge area or to watch movies/game.
