This property has neighbors to one side only most of the year. The backyard goes out to a golf course where frequent wild life are present and friendly. Here is a list of some outdoor amenities. 1) Can heat up pool like a hot tub for "roman bath" experience. 2) Outdoor adjustable awnings for shade. 3) Medium freezer for meat and drinks. 4) Basic grill 5) Outdoor air conditioner (fill with ice.) 6) Restroom attached to house. 7) Large upper deck for viewing. 8) Chairs and tables 9) Bug zappers line the fence for a nice night time glow affect and keep pests away from party. 10) Electrical outlets in yard for easy power access at sitting area by hot tub. 11) Several dozen fruit trees are present providing a wonderful citrus smell. 12) The inside downstairs consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The upstairs has a kitchen and living room. These may be made available upon special request and additional fee. 13) My old roommate from college manages a few bars. Subject to scheduling and an additional fee, I can arrange for bar tender service to host at party. This is a great back yard for family gatherings, kid's parties, etc. Small to medium groups perfect. Large works too but parking becomes tight.
