5 acres of Waterfront/Water Access/Water View Property with a heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, games to include ping-pong, Giant Connect-Four, Giant Jenga, and more, overlooking a 2 acre private pond stocked with bass, catfish, croaker, etc. Fishing can be added to your reservation (must bring your own rods and bait). Paddle boats by request only (additional fees apply)! Host your spectacular event with just you and your partner or with a host of friends and family. The host is an event planner and can assist you with all of your event needs. Sky is the limit from romantic proposals, weddings, b-day parties, with a DJ (can be provided) and so much more. The space has endless possibilities. Let’s chat and make your event one your guests will never forget! Note: No Underage Drinking/Smoking or illegal drugs allowed. If you violate this rule you and your guests will be asked to leave. You will not be refunded. Teen parties/events: For every 5 teens (18 and below) there must be one adult chaperone (25 or over). All guests must remain in the party area in the rear of the home. There will be no congregating in front/on the side of the home. After one warning, the guests violating this rule will be asked to leave. Please ensure you include time for set up and clean up in your reservation. You may not arrive earlier than 15 minutes without prior approval from host.
