Unbeatable Hudson River views from an award winning pool carved into the mountainside. You’ll be surrounded by Central Park inspired 1920’s historic stone work and pathways. The grounds are meticulously landscaped and photo ops are 360 degrees. Designer RH dining table seats 8, renovated pool house wet bar is equipped with full size fridge, clothing dryer, microwave, ample counter space, new marble bathroom with rain shower with a view of the river. Note, there are additional fold up tables and chairs that will accommodate an additional 14 people. Pool is serviced weekly by reputable Westrock Pools. It is saltwater and heated. Spa has massaging jets, and seats up to 6 comfortably. Non-slip pebble deck. Pool is Gunite pool(non-slip), surrounded by a ledge that prevents wheelchairs or strollers from rolling into water. The depth ranges from 3 - 5 feet. No diving allowed. There is a waterfall and the surrounding landscape gives privacy from neighbors & home owner. Street parking available, and there are two spots reserved for group host. Live music and speakers are allowed, at respectful volumes. Published photoshoots and nudity are allowed
