Rental includes access to large back yard with pool, spa, turf play area, two story deck, grill, basketball court, outdoor tv, and pool house. Everything included. Pool has a large shelf perfect for little ones. Deep end is 6ft. Spa heats up to 102. We have some water guns and pool floats. Pool is surrounded by artificial grass. The deck has plenty of seating, tables and a tv. You have access to a small pool house with a bathroom and kitchenette. 20% off for returning renters! For parties with more than 15 kiddos, we will require a lifeguard be hired. This is for your safety and ours.
