I do work a lot so bathroom is limited and ONLY available if someone is home to let you in , please don’t come in the house wet, use ashtray to throw out your cigarette butts out , alcohol is allowed at your discretion. As of now parties are to be discussed prior to booking, please reach out before booking a party or it will be canceled , I have neighbors and I would like to be respectful. Please clean up after yourself, and most of all make yourself at home 😁
