About the pool

Ultra-private pool & garden oasis on wooded acre tucked away in quiet south San Marcos. Only 1 mile from IH35 & 10 minutes from downtown SMTX Enjoy crisp, refreshing water all summer long with special fountain that keeps pool cool even on the hottest days. You’ll have access to a private restroom /changing room located on porch. Enjoy our spacious patio areas including outdoor dining tables, ample seating & trampoline. Booking includes exclusive access to our turf soccer field. Also included with booking: fans set up in pool & outdoor dining areas, trash & recycling bins, ice chest w/ ice, use of propane grill. **PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO SIZE & AGE OF POOL WE ARE NOT ABLE TO HOST GROUPS OF ROWDY KIDS/TEENS** We will be onsite but will completely honor your privacy by staying out of yard /pool areas & closing all blinds to house. No diving! No running around pool area or patios. Please use caution as patio is slippery when wet- walk only. Must have one adult per child ratio in the pool at all times. Small parties are allowed but volume please kept at reasonable level. Please stay out of garden areas & backyard.
