Brand new and first summer since construction! Vegas style party pool with everything that you need to entertain your guests. Brand new Restoration Hardware furniture with a custom built cabana bed and another on the way. More furniture is delivering May-July. Full all tile A/ C bath, 75” TV, fire pit (extra)with large sofa, 6 chaise lounges, gas grill (extra), sink, and warming drawer. Kitchen area with A/C, fridge, freezer, 140lbs ice maker, microwave and additional sink available as an add on. Large turf grass area for yard games. We can provide yard games for an extra charge. Pool and hot tub can be heated for extra charge too. Plenty of parking on the property and street. Sports pool style pool. No pets or glass allowed. Area needs to be as clean as it was given to you when you are done. Grass area fits 30x30 tent. We will consider more than 75 people depending on the type of party you are having. Additional time before or after your booking can be added under amenities at a discounted rate.
