Parliament covers all staffing, security and insurance costs. Candles must be flame-less, no confetti (including confetti balloons) or stickers are allowed & black tablecloths are provided for all tables. A $500 deposit is due for all private events. 50% of the deposit is refundable if event is canceled within 30 days of event. Event balance is due 3 days prior to event.
