This little piece of heaven area is 12.22 acres with a 3 acre pond. In ground swimming pool 20 x 40. 4 feet deep goes into 9-1/2 feet. disc golf course, volleyball area, pool house with Electric and small refrigerator. We have large and smaller tent if needed plenty of seating area..
