SIMPLY ONLY GIVES ME THE OPTION FOR SALT WATER OR CHLORINE POOL. I HAVE A NON-CHLORINATED POOL. WE USE 4 HIGH QUALITY NON-CHLORINE CHEMICALS AND A UV SYSTEM THAT HELPS KILL VIRUSES AND BACTERIA.

This is a 2000+ sqaure foot pool house that includes a full bathroom, full kitchen with double oven, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen table, Keurig coffee maker, blender, paper towels, napkins and is full stocked with pots and pans, silverware, dinnerware and such. living room area with 75” TV, large table in Pool area and loft for sleeping (not for use with Swimply guests) Everything is included with the hourly rate. NO EXTRA charges.

PLEASE 4 HOUR MINIMUM. IT IS NOT A BENEFIT TO ME FOR ONLY 2 HOUR MINIMUMS.

Please do not book the pool house if you’re 25 or under. I have learned many many many lessons from being an airbnb host. Even though Swimply has a 2 hour minimum that I can set on the app. I WILL NOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS FOR LESS THEN 4 HOURS. ALSO, AS OF NOW I ACCEPT A MAX OF 8 GUESTS.
