Spectacular, elegant and vintage, the mansion has an amazing view, high ceiling, stairways, french furniture and incredible garden. PLEASE NOTE: Only the mid level of the house is included in the basic price (living room, dining room, tea room, balcony, kitchen, black bathroom and outdoors). ADDITIONAL FEES: (add-ons) All rooms are additional. $200 to use the lower apartment (with parrot/jungle wallpaper, black and white striped bedroom), upon availability. $190 to use the Jungle Nana room (with banana leaf wallpaper), upon availability. $160 to use the Sweet Flamingo room (with flamingo wallpaper), upon availability. $150 to use the Dreamy Blue room (with blue and white striped wallpaper), upon availability. There is a location manager fee ($25/h) for shoots of 7 people and over. There is an extra fee of $50/h for shoots after 8pm. >>>Film PERMIT required by the city for shoots of 10 people and over or any crew with an equipment truck>>PERMIT required for anyone planning on shooting outside or inside or in the front of the house>> It's your responsibility to obtain a city permit!
