This picturesque estate is over 5550sqft and features a spacious outdoor terrace with a large gazebo equipped with TV & surround sound. Adjacent to the gazebo is a fire pit that creates a highly aesthetic ambiance that lends itself to one-of-a-kind, quality picture and video content. Our dining table and built in grill and serving station allows for an even wider variety of content to be created in the space. You'll also find a plethora of floral & seating options throughout the terrace that, when combined, creates a highly aesthetic set for any of your video/photo needs. At night the terrace shows its true colors as our solar-powered lighting system automatically turns on and adds a whole new dimension to the space. Upon entering the estate you'll find our living & entertainment space bathed in natural light with elegant furnishings and monstera plants throughout. The baby grand piano is another unique touch which truly elevates the aesthetic of the entire space! As you move through the space you'll notice our newly redesigned kitchen with marble countertops and backsplash.
