Heated Pool

Pool will be heated to 87 at no charge. We will heat up to 90 as a premium option. This is a nice feature in the cold weather.

Hot Tub

6 -8 person hot tub on pool deck. Hot tub is heated to 101. We can change as high as 103 or down to 99 upon request and 24 hours notice.

TV on pool deck

Watch your favorite game or play a family movie during your outing. Verizon Fios free channels and netflix available.

Corn Hole

Set up in yard near deck with one set of corn hole and two adirondack chairs for spectators.

Tent

We will set up a 10 x 10 tent on the corner of the pool deck for additional shaded area

Table with 6 chairs

We will provide up to 3 additional tables with 6 chairs each. Two sets under the tent and 1 set under the shaded area of the deck. Indicate how many you would like to rent. Price is per set.
